Connect Online Account with King Power Membership

1. Click "Sign in" then fill your email and password (In case that you do not have an online account yet, please register by clicking "Register". )

2. After signed in, you will see your name on the right-hand side then click and select "King Power Membership" (for King Power Application select "My account")

3. Click “Connect King Power Membership”

4. Fill in your National ID card no.

5. You will be requested to verify your identity when the system found one of your following information.

• In case that found your mobile no., please click "Request OTP", then fill the OTP number in the box. If it’s success, you will see "King Power Membership Successfully added" page.
• In case that found your email, please click "Verify by email" then check your email's inbox for linked King Power membership email and follow the verification step. If it’s success, you will see "King Power Membership Successfully added" page.
• In case that found only your name and surname, please click "Verify name and surname and Date of birth" then check your email's inbox for linked King Power membership email and follow the verification steps. If it’s success, you will see "King Power Membership Successfully added" page.
• In case that does not find any information above, please contact King Power Contact Centre (Email: [email protected] or call 1631)

6. When connecting successfully, you will see your King Power Membership showing up.

7. After completing the order, the Carat will automatically collect into your account within 24 hours. *Currently, Co-brand card will not be eligible to connect with an online account.
