Shopping Guide for Non-Duty Free Products with Delivery Service (Shop | Pack | Delivery)

Step 1 : Sign in / Register

1.1 Sign in to your account by clicking on “SIGN IN”

1.2 If you are new to shopping online at King Power, create a free account by clicking on “REGISTER”

1.2.1) Clicking on “REGISTER” will lead you to account registration page. Please fill in your information and check the upper box to acknowledge that you have read and agreed with KING POWER’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
You are also encouraged to check the lower box to stay on top of shopping experience with latest news, privileges, and offers.
Then click on “REGISTER” to proceed.

1.2.2) OR if you would like to continue shopping by using your Facebook account to log in, click on “CONTINUE WITH FACEBOOK.”

1.2.3) Clicking on “CONTINUE WITH FACEBOOK” will lead you to Facebook Log in Popup Window. Choose continue with your Facebook account to proceed.

1.2.4) 1.2.4) Choose your nationality from dropdown list, then check the upper box to acknowledge that you have read and agreed with KING POWER’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
You are also encouraged to ✔ check the lower box to stay on top of shopping experience with latest news, privileges, and offers. Click on “NEXT” button to proceed.

Step 2: Choose delivery option

Choose to have your product(s) delivered to your preferred address using our delivery service by clicking on “Delivery” button.

Step 3: Add to Cart

Add product(s) to your shopping cart by clicking on “ADD TO CART”

Step 4: Continue Shopping or Checkout

To continue browsing for more products, choose “CONTINUE SHOPPING” on the pop-up window.
If you have completed your shopping, choose “CHECK OUT” to proceed with placing your order.

Step 5: Enter your Promo Code (if any)

5.1 After choosing “CHECKOUT” button, you will be led to your shopping cart. If you have any Promo Code, please enter into the box labeled “Enter promo code here” then click on “Apply” button.
5.2 Proceed to place your order by clicking on “CHECKOUT NOW” or on “Continue Shopping” to browse for more products.

Step 6: Shipping address

Fill in your shipping address details. Check the box labeled with “Use as default address” if you want the address filled above as your default shipping address.

Step 7: Payment

Choose your preferred payment option then click on “PLACE YOUR ORDER.” You will then be redirected to payment page.
Please DO NOT close or click Back button on your browser while payment is being processed.

Step 8: Order Confirmation email

Order confirmation will be sent to your email once your transaction is completed.

Step 9: As soon as this transaction is completed, you will see thank you page.

if you want to request Tax Invoice click "Request Tax Invoice" then fill in the form. if you do not want it, you can skip this process.

Step 10: Order Delivery

Your order will be delivered to the address specified within 1-7 days.
In case your order is below 699 THB, delivery fee will be applied as followings:
-Bangkok and metropolitan 70 THB
-Provincial 120 THB
NOTE: For delivery in some areas such as the three deep southern provinces in Thailand or islands, delivery time will depend on conditions of each area.
