What is the procedure in picking up merchandise at Suvarnabhumi Airport?

Simply show your receipt or claim check receipt, passport, boarding pass at the Pick – Up Counter on the 4th floor of Suvarnabhumi Airport.
There are two counters:

• Pick Up Counter 1 (East), next to Vat Refund, near Gate C1-C10, D1-D4
• Pick Up Counter 2 (West), next to Vat Refund, near Gate D5-D8, E1-E10, F1-F6, G1-G5

For your convenience, King Power prepares your purchased items at the Pick Up Counter on the same side of your gate. You can contact the Pick – Up Counter at least 30 minutes before boarding to verify your purchased items.
