How to prepare:
1. Add coconut milk (200 g) and water (50 g) to a sauce pot and bring to boil.
2. Add meat of your choices (150 g) a dice of potatoes (50 g) a dice of carrot (50 g) and mix well until cooked. Close the lid.
3. Add Thai Yellow Curry Paste (80 g) to the pot and mix well until boil.
4. Add slices of onions (100 g) to the pot.
5. Add peanuts (30 g) and whole tomatoes (Seeda/Cherry tomatoes) 5-6 pieces or 50 g.
6. Mix well. Close the lid to avoid evaporation.
7. Boil with low heat until cooking until soup is reduced to your preference.
