How to prepare:
1. Add coconut milk (200 g) and water (50 g) to a sauce pot and bring to boil.
2. Add meat of your choices (150 g) a dice of potatoes (50 g) a dice of carrots (50 g) and mix well until cooked. Close the lid.
3. Add Thai Massaman Curry Paste (80 g) to the pot and mix well until boil.
4. Add slices of onions (100 g) to the pot.
5. Add peanuts (30 g) mix well. Close the lid to avoid evaporation.
6. Boil with low heat until cooked (about 5 minutes) or continue cooking until soup is concentrated to your preference.
